Eckhart Tolle's A New Earth

Okay, I read a book on Oprah's book club. At least that's what the book says on the cover. Well, Oprah knows what's up.

A New Earth describes a new way of engaging the world, without getting mired down by constant thinking. Joy of Being can arise with a few simple practices and illuminations shared by the author. I've recorded a passage/lesson about Enjoyment, read from the book.
